We are excited to begin our new membership year. The online membership system will open in late August. To access the online system, log on to www.registermychapter.com/bpamem , select Member Log-in and enter your username/password.

- Texas BPA also has an online Virtual membership option. If you are looking to join BPA but do not have a chapter at your school, you can join the Virtual chapter available for middle level, secondary (high school) and post-secondary (college). - Audio/Visual Contracted Service - In an attempt to compare “apples to apples”, our current AV Company has supplied us with this updated list of equipment to ensure that items are included in current bids. You may choose to include or highlight any “value added” items that will contribute to the success of our conference. Also, please review the PSAV Special Events and Production Guidelines for the Dallas Sheraton. AV vendor will handle the electricity and rigging in the ballroom or exhibit hall setup. The AV Bid deadline has been extended to July 7 at midnight to allow for bid revisions. Please contact Diana Weber at mrsweberbpa@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Thinking of starting up a new BPA chapter at your school and clueless as to how to get started? Looking for some fresh and fun ideas to prepare for contest, raise money, grow your chapter or just do some networking? New advisors and veteran advisors are welcome to attend. Join us for a fun session where we will share ideas, brainstorm solutions and work together to get your BPA chapter off to a great start.

CTSO BPA Update - Wednesday, July 27, 4:00pm – 5:00pm, 201BC:

New from the National Board of Directors about new contests and changes for the year will be on the agenda. We hope to have updates and info to share with everyone. Be sure to stop by the BPA Booth in the exhibits and meet your Officer Team. They are ready to help you get your chapter off the ground. Come soar with us!
